How to make Coconut Rice in an Instant Pot

For plain rice:
1 Simply add the rice to the Instant Pot along with a 1:1 ratio of water and use the “Manual” mode, set it for 3 minutes on high pressure and let it naturally depressurize for 10 minutes.That’s it. 
For the coconut rice:
1 For the coconut rice, I simply toast some unsweetened shredded coconut rice in the pot on the “Sauté” mode for about a minute, frequently stirring, until it lightly browned.
2 Add the ghee or butter, to the pot and stir. 
3 Add the water and coconut milk to the pot and stir. 
4 Set the Instant Pot to the “Manual” mode, set it for 3 minutes on high pressure and let it naturally depressurize for 10 minutes.
