Whole30 Mango Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs

2 Add all ingredients (except for the cooking oil for frying) into a bowl and combine thoroughly.
3 Once combined, roll about 2 tablespoon of the meat mixture into balls.
5 Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the cooking oil to the pan.
7 When the oil is hot, carefully add the meatballs into the pan. You will likely need to do this in batches.
8 Cook each side one the meatball for about 3 to 4 minutes until it is lightly browned on the outside and cooked fully on the inside.
6 Remove the meatballs onto a paper towel lined plate to drain excess oil.
9 Serve and enjoy!
